- How do you start an emergency alert in Safy? No need to unlock It is not necessary to unlock the cell phone to activate SAFY Security System. They can be activated from your pocket or bag. From notification or 5 clicks with Android devices Activated by pressing the power button 5 times in a row of the cell phone until you notice a long vibration or from the notification.
- What happens to the video and audio that is recorded when activating an emergency alert? The video fragments are encrypted and sent to our servers every 15 seconds, at which time they are deleted from the user's cell phone to avoid consuming memory and battery.
- How do my trusted contacts find out when I activate an emergency alert? Immediate and simultaneous calls are generated to all your Trusted Contacts, warning of the activation of the alert. We also send them an SMS link so they can access the alerts in real time.
- How do I register my trusted contacts to receive my emergency alerts? You can add UP TO 7 contacts within the app menu. If it is the first time of use, follow the capture instructions, otherwise, look for the 2 people icon and by clicking on it you will be able to see your "Security Group" and at the bottom you will find an "Add member" button.
- How do I add the 6 devices to my family plan? Once you have made the payment (monthly or yearly) for the family plan, you will receive an email with the instructions and the form to fill out so that SAFY can add them to the database. Remember that this process takes 24 hours from the moment we receive your correctly entered information.
